New owners of the Aultguish Inn & Hotel

I’m pleased to report that this particular place has very recently changed hands and is much improved. It used to be a byword amongst hill walkers who were in the area to do the Fannaichs or the Deargs, because of its poor and indifferent service. The new owners however are very friendly and helpful and the hotel accommodation (£27.00 per night, B&B) is good. This area has very limited, i.e. virtually no choice of places to stay, unless you are willing drive all the way further up to Ullapool.
