Walter Lodge was a member of the HF who died while on holiday in Switzerland in the 1960's.

These photos were taken on the Matterhorn pre 1939, and were left to Bob Dunlop.

Thanks to John McGugan for scanning the photos and passing them on.

Walter is buried in Zermatt, in view of the Matterhorn, as his sister, who had not seen him for many years, wouldn't claim his body.
